What is an Admin View?
When you have been invited to a Kanbanize account as an Administrator, you might not see all projects and boards when you first log in. The reason for this is that users only see the projects and boards to which they are assigned to. Users with administator privileges have the option to see all projects and boards in the account, even if they are not assigned to them.
How to configure the Admin View?
Follow these steps to activate your admin view:
- Click on your username on the top right of your screen to go to My account.
2. Open the Settings tab and set a check mark on Show all Projects and Boards.
3. Close the window and the new settings will be saved.
Note: We recommend you to use this option only for administration purposes and not in your daily work.
For example: if you are not assigned to this board, you will be able to see it as administrator, but no board or notification settings will be saved. Please, assign yourself first (Adminsitration ->Board Assignees) and then apply the changes.
