1. What is an Admin View?
When you have been invited to a Kanbanize account as an Administrator, you might not see all projects and boards on the Dashboard. The reason for this is that users see only projects and boards to which they are assigned to.
Only users with Administative privileges have the option to see all Projects and Boards in the account, even if they are not assigned to them.
2. How to configure the Admin View?
Follow these steps to activate your Admin View:
2.1 Click on your Username at the top right side of your screen to go to My account.
2.2. Open the Settings tab and set a checkmark on "Show all Projects and Boards" to see all the Projects and Boards irrespective of whether you are assigned to them or not.
2.3. Close the window and the new settings will be saved.
Note: We recommend you to use this option for Administration purposes only and to avoid using it in your everyday work in the system.
For example: if you are not assigned to a given board, you will be able to see it as Administrator, but you will not be able to configure any board or notification settings.
In order to be able to configure them, you need to assign yourself to that particular board first from the Administration Panel -> Board Assignees.
