1. What is an Admin View?
When you are invited to your Kanbanize account as an Administrator, you might not see all projects and boards on the Dashboard. The reason is that users see only projects and boards they are assigned to.
Only users with Administative privileges can see Projects and Boards in the account, they are not assigned to.
2. How to configure your Admin View?
2.1 Go to your avatar at the top right side of your board interface and select My Account.
2.2. Go to the Settings tab and set a checkmark on "Show all Projects and Boards".
Note: The Settings tab is visible only to Administrators.
Note 1: We recommend you to use this option for Administration purposes only and to avoid using it in your everyday work in the system.
Note 2: if you are not assigned to a given board, you will be able to see it as an Administrator, but you will not be able to configure any board or notification settings.
To be able to use/edit the configuration settings, you need to assign yourself to the board from the Administration Panel -> Board Assignees.
