If you want to change the email address which you use to log in to Kanbanize, follow these steps:
1. Click on your username at the top right of your screen.
2. Select My account to open your Account Details.
3. Type your new email in the field Email and click on Save.
4. When you see the following message, click on Ok.
5. Sign in to the new email address which you have just entered and click on the confirmation link. Please note that the link will be active only for 24 hours after the request has been sent.
6. A window will open where you will need to type and confirm your password.
7. You will receive this confirmation that the email was successfully changed.
Use the new email from now on to login.
Note: You cannot change your email, if it is used in the Email integration module. You need first to remove the integrated email, modify it and then integrate the new one.
