1. Create a new project
1.1 To create a new project, use the plus icon on the bottom right corner of your Main dashboard to open the Retractable menu -> click on Add Project.
1.2 Type the name of the project and choose between: Load a project template* or Create an empty project**.
* If you choose to create an empty project, you have to create the boards in the project by clicking on the Add board button on the project banner.
Type the name of the board and click on the Create button. You can create as many boards as you need.
** If you choose to use a template for your project you will have two options: to use a Team Kanban or a Portfolio Kanban template.
Use the Team Kanban in scenarios where you have a single team or a single value stream(workflow).
Use the Portfolio Kanban for more complex scenarios, where you need to have a master board to track projects or other big work items and one or more team boards where the small work items are being tracked.
Just select the template which suits your project needs and click on it.
If you select the Kanban team scenario -> type the name of your board and create your first tasks, which will be added to the first column on your board -> click on the Next button.
Note: The board created from a template is configurable and you can add additional columns or swimlanes to adjust the workflow to your process.
If you select the Portfolio Kanban scenario -> type the name of your Master board and enter the projects that you want to track on the portfolio board.

2. How to rename a project?
To rename a project click on the Project Settings icon (dotted menu) and select Rename Project.
Delete the existing name -> type the new name in the field -> click on Rename to save the changes.
