How is it useful?
The Context menu of the card provides a shortcut to many functionalities in the software.
To open the Context Menu, right click on a card.
Comment – provides shortcut to the Comments tab of the card that will allow you to review/edit/create a comment or mention a user.
Subtask – provides shortcut to the Subtasks tab of the card that will allow you to create a new subtask or to tick of already existing subtask that has been completed.
Link/Copy – allows you to create parent/child/mirror card or a simple card copy.
Permalink – copies the unique url of the card.
Watch – in case that you are assigned as a card watcher, this icon allows you to switch on/off this function.
Log time – this icon will open up a panel where to log in working hours on the card or a subtask level. You can either choose a subtask or the card itself → log time → enter the date for which you want to log the time and click on the Log time icon at the bottom of the panel.
Assignee - allows you to easily assign the card to a registered user in Kanbanize.
Color - allows you to change the card color.
Deadline - allows you to set up a deadline of the task from the calendar picker.
Priority - allows you to select/change the card priority.
Size - allows you to set/edit the card size.
Tag - allows you to set card tags.
Move – allows you to move cards horizontally between columns (left, right) as well as vertically in the column itself (top, bottom/ up, down). The “Move to” icon allows you to move cards across boards and projects.
Block – allows you to block a card and make it immobile unless being unblocked.
Delete – allows you to delete a card from the board.
Follow up – allows you to set up a reminder and follow up on the card within 5,15 or 30 minutes / 1, 2 or 4 hours/ a date from the calendar. Upon deadline expiration, a reminder pops up right on your board and additionally the system sends you an email notification.
Done – allows you to directly move the card into the Done column.
