2. How to discard a card from the Card Settings menu?
Open the card you want to discard and select the card settings icon on the top right corner of the card. Click the Discard icon in the panel to erase the card.
3. How to restore a card?
If you have discarded a card by mistake and you want to undo the action, please follow these steps (or check out this short video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DJjmZKhwtg):
Step 1: Go to Notifications (1) at the top right side of your account.
Step 2: Click on See All (2) to open the panel that logs all card-related actions chronologically.
Step 3: All cards are stored in a table format. You can use the filters on the top of the panel to easily and quickly find the card you want to restore.
Step 4: Scroll to the right side of the panel, and you will see the Restore card button under the Actions header. Select the Restore button, and the card will be made available in the same position (board, column, swimlane) it was before deleting it.
* Open the image in a new tab for a better view.
4. How to permanently delete a card?
To permanently delete a card, you have to discard it first. After discarding the card, click the notifications setting and open the 'All Activities' tab from the 'See all' button, as you would if you wanted to restore it.
Find the card you wish to permanently delete and click on its Card ID from the left-most column. This will open the discarded card. Navigate to the Settings menu in the top right of the card from the 3 dots icon. There you will find the 'Permanently delete' option.
You can also open up the discarded card from the Advanced search and open up the same menu to permanently delete it.
