1. How does "My Queue and Worklog" work?
If you want to quickly see at a glance all cards, which are assigned to you, across all projects and boards → use My Queue and Worklog panel.
"My Queue and Worklog" panel displays all cards to which a user is set up as an Assignee and/or a second contributor/assignee.
1.1 To open "My Queue and Worklog" -> go to the sidebar located at the right side of your board interface and select My Queue and Worklog.
The default view of the panel displays all cards assigned to you across all projects and boards in your account.
2. How to configure "My Queue"?
The settings icon of My Queue and Worklog allows you to configure the view of your panel and to make your board names and board sections visible. You have the option to select the board sections (Backlog, Requested/In Progress/Done, Temporary Archieve), which you want to see cards from.
This configuration helps to better visualize the distribution of cards per boards and sections.
Select the Show boards option to see the list of all boards, where you’re assigned to work on.
Click the plus icon to expand every board view in order to see the selected sections and the cards contained in each.
From the image below, it may be concluded that the user has 4 assigned tasks in the “Master Board”:
- 1 task is in the Requested section; 2 tasks are In Progress section; 1 task is in Done section.
3. How to open a card from My Queue?
Click on a given card in the "My Queue" panel to open it, although it is located on another board.
In case that you want to directly go to the respective board and locate the card itself → use the gear icon on the top right corner of the card → select Locate. The board will open in a new windows tab and the card will pop up so that you can easily spot it.
4. My Queue – settings
The Sort icon allows you to structure all cards in My Queue based on different criteria: color, priority, deadline, blocked cards. You can select: ascending or descending order.
The number in the brаckets next to My Queue shows the total number of cards, which are assigned to you. You can refresh your results through the refresh icon.
5. My Worklog
My Worklog is located at the bottom of "My Queue and Worklog" panel. It allows you to check how much time was logged on every task. You can choose to see how much time has been accumulated for: today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month.
In this particular example (see the image below), the user has accumulated 5 hours - today.
Select the Show Cards list icon to get a list of all cards with logged hours.
