You need to be an Account Owner or a user granted with "Make payments" privilege to be able to access and manage the payment panel.
Step 1: To upgrade your monthly subscription, access Kanbanize and click on your avatar at the top right side of your account interface. Select "Payment Plan" from the menu.
Step 2: Select the "Change Subscription" button.
Step 3: To upgrade your subscription i.e. switching from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan, go to the "Subscription" field that produces a dropdown list with the following options:
- Monthly (this is your current plan) - the payment is automatically collected on a monthly basis. You can cancel the subscription at any point in time and renew it again on demand.
- Monthly(Annual commitment) subscriptions are yearly committed payments that are paid on 12 equal portions /every month/. You could upgrade during the year increasing your monthly fee for the remaining subscription period. If the subscription is canceled before the committed end date, one monthly payment will be collected as a cancellation fee.
- Annual (Pre-paid) subscriptions are yearly prepaid and you will receive notifications 45 days before the expiration date. You could upgrade during the year paying only the delta for the remaining subscription period.
If you prefer to keep the monthly subscription, but you need to increase the number of users, business rules or to enable more add-ons, then make the changes in the respective fields in accordance with your needs.
The calculator will instantly display the new total payment amount. Click on "Next Payment Details" to proceed with your subscription upgrade process.
The Monthly subscription plan can be paid by credit card only! If you upgrade to the Annual Subscription, you will be able to pay either by credit card or bank transfer.
If you have added extra features or users, they will be available to your account immediately upon submitting the upgrade, but your credit card will be charged on the next due date of your subscription.
