You need to have administrator privileges to be able to renew your subscription.
Monthly recurring subscriptions are prolonged automatically on the due date.
If you have an annual subscription, the system will notify you to renew it - 45 days before it expires.
To renew it -> click on your username at the top right corner of your screen to open your account menu -> select Payment Plan.
Click on the Renew button in your Payment Panel.
The Payment Panel reflects your current subscription. Here you can see if you have a monthly or an annual subscription, how many users you have and which Ad-on features are included.
If you wish to change your subscription or add/remove Ad-on Features -> select a new subscription; select the number of users you wish to have in total after the renewal. To include/remove an Add-on Feature -> use the corresponding check box and in case of the Business Rules define the number of Business Rules you wish to have in total after the renewal from the dropdown menu.
The number shown in Total Costs reflects the amount for your renewal.
Click on Payment Details -> define your payment method (credit card or bank transfer), update your credit card details if needed and click on Submit Payment to confirm the renewal.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer -> enter your Payment Notifications Email, Phone Number (optional) and Purchase Order Number (optional) in the corresponding fields -> select the currency (USD or EUR) -> Click on Submit.
After submitting the payment a confirmation message will be displayed on your screen.
Note: If you are subscribed to one of the old Kanbanize pricing plans (e.g. Team, Group, Organization where the price is per user/a group of users or based on the number of events in the account), your Payment Panel interface will be different compared to the screenshots above. In this case either follow the described steps or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to downgrade your subscription.
