You need to have administrator privileges to be able to downgrade your subscription.
You can downgrade your monthly recurring subscription at any given time from your Payment Panel.
Note: Downgrades of annual subscriptions are not supported as the payment has already been generated.
To downgrade your subscription -> Click on your username at the top right corner of your screen to open your account menu-> select Payment Plan.
Click on the "Upgrade or Renew" tab in your Payment Panel.
The Payment Panel reflects your current subscription. Here you can see which plan you are subscribed to, how many users you have and which features are included. The Total Costs amount shows the current monthly amount which you are paying.
To downgrade -> go to Plan -> select a lower plan, which defines the number of users you wish to have in total after the downgrade. If you want to deactivate the Analytics or/and Singe Sign-on(SSO)->select No from the corresponding fields. Define the number of Runtime Policies you wish to have in total after the downgrade.
The new amount which is to be paid after the downgrade will be reflected under the Total Costs (+VAT) field.
In order to proceed to the payment and confirm the downgrade ->click on Payment Details -> update your credit card details if needed and click on Submit Payment.
Note: The new amount will be charged from your credit card on the next due date of your monthly subscription. The downgrade will be effective immediately upon submitting it in the Payment Panel.
After submitting the downgrade of your monthly recurring subscription a confirmation message will be displayed on your screen.
Note: If you are subscribed to one of the old Kanbanize pricing plans (e.g. Team, Group, Organization where the price is per user/a group of users or based on the number of events in the account), your Payment Panel interface will be different compared to the screenshots above. In this case either follow the described steps or contact email@example.com to downgrade your subscription.
