Business Rules are rules of automation that have an impact on the whole system behavior. Therefore, only users with "Account Owner" and "Manage Business rules" privileges are able to set up new ones.
There is an option to share (provide grant access) a business rule with other users within the account who can modify; enable/disable or delete them.
We recommend sharing business rules with users who are Workspace managers for the same board.
To share a rule that is already enabled-> open the rule and make use of the "Share with" field in the rule configuration panel. Type the name of the user you wish to share the rule with.
Don't forget to save the changes you have made by clicking on the green checkmark of the corresponding rule.
