The Advanced Search panel gives you the option to generate a Cycle time report per user.
Click on the Magnifying glass at the upper right side of your board interface to open the Advanced Search.
Click on Refine search criteria to open the Refine search criteria panel.
Select your search criteria: Board and Assignee -> click on Add.
To define your search criteria -> select a board/assignee from the dropdown menus. You can add extra boards/assignees by clicking on "or" and select the name of the board/assignee -> Click on Search.
Click on Configure results -> Select Cycle Time and define the time unit (days/hours/minutes/seconds) -> click on Apply changes.
Each selected tab, e.g. Cycle Time will be represented as a new column in the report. Click on the column name to sort the results in ascending/descending order.
Using the visualization options, you can choose to present the data from your search in a bar graph or as a pie chart and slice the data by certain criteria.
