Using the Kanbanize WebHooks, you can set up a one-way integration between Kanbanize and MS Teams in just a couple of minutes.
On events like New Card is created/updated/moved and so on, you can post a message with the relevant information to your favorite Teams channels.
Just follow these steps:
1. Locate your Teams channel and open the Connectors settings:
2. Select the general Incoming Webhook connector:
3. Choose the name that would be used to push the notification to your channel and create the Webhook.
4. Copy that URL that would be used later for the Kanbanize Webhook Settings.
5. Create a Business Rule with a trigger that fits your scenario. Create Card, Update Card, Move Card, and so on. At the Invoke Web Service action, set up the following parameters:
Note: Make sure you have selected correctly the POST method, mark the checkbox for sending the parameters in the body of the web service call and have a parameter called "text" with a value extracted from the card.
