Users can configure their Board settings according to their personal preferences and define some default properties for the current board of operation. This facilitates your everyday work with the system and saves your time.
Using the "Board setting" panel, users can set up a:
- a default owner for the Board - every time when you create a new card, it will be automatically assigned to the selected user.
- a default position for new cards - every time when you create a new card using the plus button on the top of the sidebar, the card gets created in the pre-selected position.
You select the default value from the drop-down list and specify the card position using the board mini-map representation. Don't forget to save the new Board Settings.
Important: These settings should be configured per board.
You can access the "Board Settings" panel from the Board Sidebar. Click the three dots icon menu at the bottom of the Sidebar right of your board interface and choose your preferences.
