1. Introduction (global account permission for the attachments)
If the global security control related to attachments is enabled, users can easily attach files to the Kanban cards and Initiatives from their computers or cloud storage.
Only Account Owners can enable/disable the Attachments Security option from the Security Control tab in the Administration. The respective Security Control name is Adding Card Attachments.
If disabled, then users will not be able to attach any files to the cards and initiatives.

Open a Kanban card and go to the Attachments menu in the right section of the card.
Use the plus icon "+" icon (1) to upload a file from your computer, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, or OneDrive. The system allows users to attach multiple items.
You can use the drag & drop method (2) or the plus icon (1) to upload multiple files at once.
Note: After attaching a file to a card, make sure to update the card in order to save the changes.
3. How to download and preview the attached files?
When you attach the files, they will appear in the Attachments card area (Img.1).
Download: You can download attachments from a card with a single click only. Hover your mouse over the thumbnail and click Download.
